NANAIMO — Police in Nanaimo are asking for help finding a missing woman.

Police say there is significant concern for the safety and well-being of 39 year old Zandra Burns, who left a Nanaimo health facility on July 18.

She may be driving a Nissan Micra, which was reported stolen from the Parksville area on July 23. It has a B.C. plate 983-MPM.

Burns may be heading for Manitoba, where she has family and friends.
